Gary Speegle, Estimating Manager

Gary was born and raised in Hartselle, AL, and attended Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Building Construction in 2008. Gary has been involved in many aspects of the construction industry for over 10 years and joined Slate Barganier Building as Estimating Manager in 2013. While at Auburn, Gary worked as a carpenter in the remodeling industry. After college, he traveled throughout the western U.S. working as a wood-framer and continuing to remodel homes. Not long after moving back to Auburn in 2011, he began work in the electrical industry in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. Performing medium to large-sized commercial projects, he helped manage over $10 million in electrical contracts over an 18 month period. He is now back in the residential industry, doing what he loves. Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, family & friends. He also enjoys serving his community and church, being outdoors, traveling, and working on his house. He lives in Leeds with his wife, Coburn, their dog, Rue, and their horse, Howie.
