Space was added above the existing garage to accommodate a new home office, sitting area and walk in closet off the master bedroom. The existing heating system was zoned and extended to service the new area. Spray foam insulation insured a comfortable living environment. On the exterior, we were able to match the existing siding and then added shingle siding to the existing gable tying in the new structure with the existing.
