Owners/Artists Andy Nasisse and Lauren Gallaspy hired us to help build them a studio on their sugarhouse property. Salt Lake City zoning regulations would not allow any additional square footage to be built on the lot so the it was decided to restructure and remodel the existing two car garage. We gave the studio a new facade and equipped the interior with power for kilns, polyurethane insulation and a heat pump for heating and cooling.
