Featuring Las Vegas Remodel & Construction,
Henderson, NV

For more than 40 years, Jordie Primack has been shaping real estate opportunities through his vision, experience, collaboration and extensive knowledge of the market. His positive influence on the Las Vegas valley's landscape continues as managing member and co-owner of Primack Family Companies, a Henderson-based residential, commercial real estate and land development company. Now retired from a licensed general contractor of more than 30 years, Jordie has built more than 2,500 residential units and developed in excess of 3,000 residential and commercial sites. Jordie was taught the "art" of remodeling by both his Grandfather Louis and Dad, Joe, during the 50s and 60s in Brooklyn, New York, and the surrounding four other boroughs of Manhattan, as well as Long Island, and neighboring Connecticut. As time progressed, Jordie continued his remodeling, custom homes and real estate development under the teachings of his Dad, in Colorado. After 23 years in all phases of remodeling, new construction and development, his experience included 15 years as the head of PWP Homes in Colorado, Jordan led senior management teams of major real estate developers in Southern Nevada as the founding President of Richmond American Homes of Nevada, a wholly owned subsidiary of MDC Holdings Inc., a New York Stock Exchange Company, reporting directly to the board of directors. Additionally, Jordan was vice president of land development for the American Nevada Corporation, developer of several of the most prominent master planned communities in the United States. Jordan served as president of another local home building and development company. He has been recognized for his work by numerous organizations. He was named Builder of the Year in 1992 by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver in 1981. The National Association of Housing and Building presented Jordan the Pioneer Builder Award in 1992 for construction of the world's first fully active smart house in Las Vegas, as well as the Burgundy Coat Spike Award. Additionally, he served on the board of directors for the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver, the Home Builders Association of Colorado, and the National Association of Housing and Building. Jordan has been a featured speaker at local, regional and national homebuilding and development conferences and events. Jordan graduated from the School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder, majoring in Accounting & Finance and from the Southern Nevada School of Real Estate. He also has completed courses through Dale Carnegie Institute and Brian Buffini Club Net Coaching, as well as attending numerous real estate and development seminars. A Las Vegas resident for 23 years, Jordan devotes much time to the community. He is a past board of directors for Congregation Ner Tamid and prior to that on the board of directors for Temple Beth Shalom. He also served on the board for the Colorado, U.S. and international Easter Seals Society. Jordan is active in the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, particularly with its Leadership Las Vegas program of which he is a 1991 graduate and was a program facilitator. He also was a vice president and board member of the Leadership Las Vegas Alumni Association.
