Originally from Chicago, Len has been a part of Sea Pointe Construction from its conception. With over twenty five years of field experience, in all forms of construction. He heads up the project management department and insures that each job is produced to Sea Pointe's highest quality standards. Completing numerous classes and seminars, Len has stayed current with new building techniques and energy saving "Green Building and Home Performance". He holds an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Renovator Certification. During his tenure at Sea Pointe, Len has written several feature articles on home improvement and remodeling for The Orange County Register.
