ServiceLane is contractor mission control software being built for contractor CRM, job tracking, task ownership, customer follow-up, files, notes, and related operating workflows.

When you use ServiceLane.com, request early access, or contact us, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- Company name, contact name, email address, and phone number.
- Trade type, team size, current systems, and workflow needs.
- Messages, notes, form responses, and demo or launch interest.
- PDF, DWG, and DXF drawings selected in ServiceLane's free tools, including filenames, file type, file size, and diagnostic identifiers.
- Tool activity such as drawing selection, calibration attempts and outcomes, measurements, markups, exports, and assistant usage.
- Questions and limited drawing context sent to an AI service provider when you use an AI-assisted feature.
- Information submitted through Facebook, Instagram, Meta lead forms, or advertisements, such as your name, phone number, email address, location, project details, and any message or form response you provide.
- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, pages visited, and approximate visit time.
3. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and early access requests.
- Understand contractor workflows and improve ServiceLane.
- Reproduce failed drawing operations, evaluate calibration accuracy, troubleshoot file compatibility, and improve the free PDF and CAD tools.
- Provide demos, product updates, support, and launch information.
- Maintain website security, prevent spam, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Comply with legal, accounting, security, or business obligations.
4. Email, SMS, Meta, and other communications
If you submit your contact information, we may contact you about ServiceLane, Touchstone, Compass Project Partners, project inquiries, launch updates, demos, pilot opportunities, estimates, ads, or related product and service information. This may include email, phone, SMS/text messages, Facebook, Instagram, Meta lead forms, or other business communication channels. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

When an AI-assisted feature is used, the active rendered drawing page, extracted text, question, and limited tool context may be sent to the configured AI provider. 7. Data storage and security
Captured drawings are assigned random internal identifiers and stored outside the public website directory. They are not given public download URLs. Access is limited to authorized ServiceLane administration and service providers needed to host or process the tool. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website, server, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure.
8. Retention
Captured PDF, DWG, and DXF files are normally retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting and product improvement, then deleted automatically. Diagnostic metadata may be retained longer to analyze aggregate tool performance. Contact, business, legal, and security records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.
9. Access, correction, and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at craig@dialblue.com. Please include enough information for us to identify your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete personal information where required by applicable law, subject to legitimate business, legal, or recordkeeping requirements.
You may also ask us to stop sending marketing, launch, or business communications.
10. Children’s privacy
ServiceLane is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

ServiceLane.com may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.
