Featuring Greenwise Design & Construction,
Greenville, SC

Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Andrew Coln attended Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina with an opportunity to pursue a business degree and play college football. After graduating in 2007, he and a partner created C&K Holding Company, which renovated and sold residential homes around the Hickory area. He returned home to Greenville in 2009 with a passion for restoring older homes and a competitive drive for success. Back in Greenville, Andrew was hired as a project manager with Dillard-Jones Builders. There, he assisted in day-to-day operations of the company's design/build projects for residential renovations and new custom homes. With responsibilities of sales, scheduling of timelines, coordinating of sub-contractors, budgets and change orders, Andrew gained valuable knowledge working for one of the state's top builders. In 2011, Andrew was given an opportunity to manage the Greenville branch office for Cary Reconstruction Company. As a full service disaster response restoration contractor, CRC is responsible for helping families and businesses quickly recover from unexpected tragedies. While working for CRC, Andrew was involved in all aspects of customer relations, marketing, accounting, scheduling, estimating and staff management. Greenwise Design and Construction gives Andrew the opportunity to use his business knowledge, as well as pursue his passion for residential construction and customer satisfaction. Andrew places communication with clients and a pursuit of perfection with every project at the top of his priorities.

They may describe anything in the photo the uploader thinks is particularly notable: a feature, a paint color, a material used, anything.
